Confession: I love the Dior book tote. It could be argued it’s the most expensive “bag for life” canvas tote bag you’ll ever buy. But I can’t get over how casual, understated (even in monogram!) and chic it is – all at the same time. But I asked and my bank account gave me the evil eyes. Sigh.
However, my desperation must have been heard to the high heavens because more and more high street dupes have fallen into my lap (or, browser history…). I thought I would be nice and share these gems with you, so grab them before they’re gone!
H&M Jute-blend Shopper
Can you even believe this is H&M?? It is new, it’s inexpensive and it’s all kinds of adorable. Adding to cart as I’m writing this. It is a cotton/jute blend and it is lined. I could not find the measurements for it and it’s not pictured with a model so I’ll have to check the size once it gets here.
Mango Embroidered Shopper Tote
How stunning is this embroidered shopper from Mango? It’s a cotton/polyester blend. The bag is lined at can be closed at the top with buttons (judging by the pictures on the website). It seems to be a decent size, not too large. Full measurements are on the website. I am so obsessed with the details in this one, it is just so beautiful. They also do a smaller version, I’ll link that below.
The cutest little bag! I love that this comes with a crossbody strap as well. Thinking I may need both sizes because they could serve different purposes. This would fit just the essentials but I’m already dying to take it out!
Dune Canvas Striped Tote
Alright, so this is rather different from the other book totes. But I wanted to include it because it is much more in the category of “Inspired but still it’s own thing”. The stripes are really pretty and the shape is much softer and more of a traditional tote.
