The biggest surprise add-on to my wardrobe this spring season has been this pair of satin joggers. I am amazed and how cool I feel wearing them.
I am not one of the few people who can effortlessly pull of sweatpants and look fresh. But I have made it a point to try items I don’t really gravitate towards (just try, I’m not buying things I don’t like!). This has really helped me develop my personal style a bit more. And it makes me more excited about my wardrobe in general. These joggers were one such item I grabbed (metaphorical grab, I shopped online) and I am so happy I did!
They have an elastic waist, but there is no stretch in the rest of it so I sized up (I took a size S). I love how chic these look whilst still being “sweat pants” level of comfortable. They are a touch see-through, so I wouldn’t wear colorful underwear with them, but other than that I have not had an issue with them.
I can’t wait to style these in lots of different ways. I think they will work for both spring and summer as they are very light and breathable. Here I styled them with a one sleeve sweater and barely there sandals for a more of a dressed up vibe. And I added my Valentino Rockstud Rockspike bag (which I love!) for a little bit of an edge. A looser top would definitely overwhelm my frame as I am already on the short side. But I think this will look great with any more tight fitting top.
